Vehicles:
All guests RVs must be 1998 or newer models, older models subject to manager approval. Over 30 sites available for big rigs! Only 1 vehicle is allowed per site. The Premium Sites can have 2 vehicles. Additional parking available on a limited basis.
Pet Policy:
Pets under 25 lbs. are welcome at River Ranch RV Resort. Larger pets that are friendly, good natured, and non-agressive may be allowed on a case by case basis at management discretion. There is no charge for 1 pet. $3.00 will be charged for each additional pet per day. A maximum of 3 dogs is permitted.A dog walking area is available.When outside the RV, pets must be on a leash no longer than 8 foot and may not be left unattended. Please be kind to your neighbors - always clean up after your pets and keep barking at a minimum. Pet cages, pet pens and tie outs are not allowed.Sorry, No Aggressive dogs at the resort. Please call for more information. Cancellation Policy:
A $10 cancellation fee applies to all cancellations prior to 72 hours of the arrival date.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours, then the first nights fee is charged. |
