1. Check-Out time is 11 AM.  Check-In time is 1 PM.  Extended Check-Out subject to availability and additional fees; contact office for details.
2. RV sites are limited to a maximum of 6 people.  Our rates include 2 people, 1 vehicle & 1 pet per site.  Premium Deluxe sites can have 2 vehicles.  Additional fees apply for extras.  Tents are not permitted.
3. The speed limit within the park is 5 mph.  Motorized bikes may be ridden to and from your site only.  Skateboarding and ATV’s are not permitted. Electric golf carts and scooters, for handicapped use only, must have proof of insurance.
4. Quiet pets are welcome as long as they remain on a leash (not to exceed 8’) and under control of owner at all times.  No pets are allowed in the buildings.  No pet pens are allowed at sites.  Pets may not be left tied out at the site.  Aggressive breeds such as Rottweiler, Pit Bulls, and Dobermans are not permitted.  To keep the area safe for children to play on sites, we ask that you use the area under the old bridge to walk your pets.  Clean up immediately after pets.  Pick-up bags are available in the office and in the ‘Pet Park’ area.  Do not leave pets unattended at any time.  Pets wandering free are subject to capture and delivery to local Animal Control.  Consistently noisy pets or those that do not adhere to the regulations will not be welcome at the resort.
5. All sewer lines connected to the sewer must be sealed.  Drain outlets not connected to the sewer must be capped.  Black or Grey water spills should be reported to office immediately.  A cleanup fee may be assessed for improper dump/waste disposal.
6. Please park only in designated locations.  Only 1 vehicle is allowed at each site unless you have a Premium Deluxe site at which 2 vehicles are allowed.  Please display your vehicle pass on your front windshield at all times.  Do not park in vacant sites or in the street in front of your site.  Improperly parked or unregistered vehicles are subject to towing.  Washing of vehicles and rigs is not permitted at your site.
7. A trash dumpster is provided by the entrance to the park.  Please do not leave trash sitting outside your RV.  Our resident ducks might come over for a meal and cause a big mess.  The dumpster is provided for household trash only.  No hazardous or construction materials are permitted.  The blue barrel under the old bridge is for beer and soda can only, NOT HOUSEHOLD TRASH.
8. Please keep your site neat, orderly, and clean.  Outside storage of personal items is not allowed.
9. Fires are only permitted in fire rings.  Fireplaces that keep fire safely off the ground are allowed at the sites.  Do not dump hot coals into dumpsters.  Firearms and fireworks are not permitted on the property.
10. Permanent structures, clothes lines, and excessive material at your site are not permitted.
11. Quiet hours Sunday thru Thursday are between 10PM and 8 AM; Friday & Saturday between 11 PM and 8 AM.  Generators may not be run during this time.  Loud music is not permitted during quiet hours.
12. Parents are responsible for and must supervise their children in all areas of the park at all times.
13. Swimming is allowed at your own risk.  No lifeguard is on duty. Children under 14 years of age should not be allowed near or in the river without a parent or responsible adult present.

ALL PERSONS use the facilities at their own risk.  Owners and Management are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of property.  Common courtesy is expected from everyone.  Guests shall not disturb, endanger, or inconvenience other guests or employees.  The premises may not be used for any immoral or unlawful purposes. 

Permission to enter and rent any portion of the premises will be at the discretion of management.  Guests’ entrance onto the property is a privilege.  We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the premises.
